“A good book is the precious life-blood of a master spirit, embalmed and treasured up on purpose to a life beyond life"
John Milton

When was the last time you allowed yourself to just lie down with a book in your hands?
When did we enjoy the discussion and exchange of emotions about what we read?

These once-familiar things are disappearing before our eyes because life is only speeding up, and there are still so many stories and movies left to watch!

What books are we reading now and with what feelings?

We read books on efficiency and productivity, but we forget that relaxing with an interesting book in hand provides both the relaxation needed for the workweek and therapy for the soul.

Reading out of love, rather than necessity, will develop memory and thinking, broaden a person's horizons, and enrich their inner world.

With our actions, we set an example for children in how we spend our time and how joyfully we do it. It doesn't matter what books your child reads - the important thing is that they do it with pleasure!
The pleasure which you are displaying them.
